Dit is een intensief en uniek training en coaching programma. Het werd ontworpen om u hoog kwalitatieve paardencoaching vaardigheden bij te brengen. Gedurende een jaar werken we intensief samen om van jou een expert in paardencoaching te maken!

Op het einde van dit coaching programma zul je in staat zijn ervaringsgericht coachen met paarden, de ICF kerncompetenties en systemisch coachen te integreren in je coaching praktijk. Hierna ben je een volwaardig Horse Assisted Coach.

This is an intensive and unique training and coaching program. It is designed to teach you high quality horse coaching skills. During a year we work closely together to make you an expert in horse assisted coaching! At the end of this coaching program you will be able to integrate experiential coaching with horses, the ICF core competencies and systemic coaching into your coaching practice. After this you are a skilled Horse Assisted Coach.

Deze opleiding is uniek:

1. Het gaat om een intensief en diepgaand persoonlijk coaching traject. Het aantal deelnemers is beperkt tot 5 mensen. Jouw persoonlijke blind spots en persoonlijke ontwikkeling als coach staat centraal. Met andere woorden: dit is niet alleen een opleiding maar tevens een intensief persoonlijk coaching traject.

2. De opleiding is ervaringsgericht en praktisch. Elke oefening die je ooit zal aanbieden aan je cliënten ervaar je zelf, en analyseren we op verschillende niveau's: voor jou persoonlijk, voor de andere deelnemers en voor jou als coach. Ook darom is het aantal deelnemers beperkt.

3. Je wordt opgeleid in coaching op zich, én in het coaching met paarden in het bijzonder. Dus niet alleen leer je hoe goed te coachen, met ICF principes, gedragscognitieve en systemische principes als belangrijke achtergronden. Daarnaast leer je ook de taal van de paarden te spreken en te begrijpen, en hoe hen echt een stem te geven in het coachingproces.

4. Annemieken Van Reepingen heeft een unieke achtergrond. Als je naar haar biografie kijkt, dan weet je wat we bedoelen. Zij is zelf opgeleid in verschillende benaderingen van het coachen met paarden. Dat gecombineerd met haar meer dan 30j ervaring als therapeut en coach bovenop het feit dat ze arts is, maakt haar tot een unieke trainer.

5. Je krijgt een uitgebreide en verzorgde syllabus, een uniek naslagwerk, met achtergrondmateriaal en praktische informatie waar je lang kan uit putten.

This training is unique:

1. It is an intensive and in-depth personal coaching process. The number of participants is limited to 5 people. Your personal blind spots and personal development as a coach are central. In other words: this is not only a training but also an intensive personal coaching process.

2. The training is experiential and practical. You experience every exercise you will ever offer to your clients, and we analyze it on different levels: for you personally, for the other participants and for you as a coach. That is why the number of participants is limited.

3. You will be trained in coaching itself, and in coaching with horses in particular. So not only do you learn how to coach well, taking into account the ICF principles, behavioral cognitive and systemic principles are important backgrounds. Most importantly, you also learn to speak and understand the language of the horses, and how to really give them a voice in the coaching process.

4. Annemieken Van Reepingen has a unique background. If you look at her biography , you know what we mean. She is herself trained in different approaches to coaching with horses. That combined with her more than 30 years of experience as a therapist and coach on top of the fact that she is a doctor, makes her a unique trainer.

5. You will receive an extensive and well-maintained syllabus, a unique reference work, with background material and practical information that you can draw on for a long time.

De coaching opleiding bestaat uit:

• 4x 4 dagen experiënteel paardencoaching werk. Hier krijg je de kans je eigen authenticiteit te ervaren doorheen het coachen met paarden. Je dringt door tot de kern van jezelf en je praktijk als coach. Je verbindt dit alles aan de ICF coaching vaardigheden en het multi level systeem denken. Je steunt elkaar, je oefent paardencoaching met elkaar en de paarden. Je speelt, je ontvangt en viert het opbloeien van je eigen Authentieke Horse Assisted Coaching Zelf.

• maandelijks virtueel klaswerk. Hierin worden de ICF kern coaching competenties en het systemisch coaching model overlopen, evenals theoretische aspecten van het paardencoaching model. Hierin coach je elkaar, om je vaardigheden te oefenen, je ondersteunt elkaar en bouwt relaties op die je zullen dragen doorheen je reis als paardencoach. Er wordt een Master Mind groep opgebouwd!

• supervisies op peer to peer paardencoaching sessies, waarin je privé feedback krijgt over jouw coaching

• stages, bijwonen van en assiteren in de paardencoaching worskhops en paardencoaching voor bedrijven die door Kivik worden gegeven

The coaching training consists of:

• 4 x 4 days of experiential horse coaching  work. Here you get the chance to experience your own authenticity through coaching with horses. You get to the core of yourself and your practice as a coach. You connect all this to the ICF coaching skills and the multi-level system of thinking. You support each other, you practice horse coaching with each other and the horses. You play, receive and celebrate the blossoming of your own Authentic Horse Assisted Coaching Self.

• monthly virtual classroom work. Here, the ICF core coaching competencies and the systemic coaching model are discussed, as well as theoretical aspects of the equine coaching model. In this you coach each other, to practice your skills, you support each other and build relationships that will carry you through your journey as a horse coach. A Master Mind group is being built

• supervisions on peer to peer horse coaching sessions, in which you receive private feedback about your coaching

• internships, attending and assisting in the horse coaching workshops and horse coaching for companies given by Kivik

• an extensive manual, a written guide for you to use during the rest of your career as a Horse Assisted Coach

De opleiding wordt opgedeeld in 4 coaching modules, waarvoor je je apart kan inschrijven of die je als een geheel kan volgen.

 COACHING MODULE 1: het coaching fundament leggen

COACHING MODULE 2: de coaching relatie creëren/ ware en effectieve communicatie

COACHING MODULE 3: ware en effectieve communicatie/ faciliteren van het leren en van resultaten/horsemanship

COACHING MODULE 4: fine tunen van coaching vaardigheden/horsemanship /soul marketing

 Elke coaching module bestaat uit 1 sessie virtueel klaswerk, en 4 dagen paardencoaching, te Erpe-Mere, België.

The training is divided into 4 coaching modules, for which you can register separately or which you can follow as a whole.

COACHING MODULE 1: laying the coaching foundation
COACHING MODULE 2: creating the coaching relationship/true and effective communication COACHING MODULE 3: true and effective communication/facilitation of learning and results/horsemanship
COACHING MODULE 4: fine tuning coaching skills/horsemanship/soul marketing

Each coaching module consists of 1 session of virtual class work, and 4 days of horse coaching, in Erpe-Mere, Belgium.

Tussenin vinden de virtuele klassen en andere tussentijdse coaching activiteiten plaats.

Dit is geen "You can pay, you can play" coaching opleiding. We bekijken eerst samen of je een geschikte kandidaat bent voor deze opleiding, of deze paardencoaching opleiding wel bij jou past. We willen immers een groep van trainees die elkaar 100% kunnen inspireren en stimuleren. 

In between, the virtual classes and other interim coaching activities take place.
This is not a "You can pay, you can play" coaching course. We first look together whether you are a suitable candidate for this training, and whether this horse coaching training is suitable for you. After all, we want a group of trainees who can inspire and stimulate each other 100%.

De selectieprocedure verloopt als volgt:

1. eerst vul je een vragenlijst in, die niet alleen ons in staat stelt een beeld te krijgen over jou maar zeer interessant is om duidelijkheid te scheppen voor jezelf ook.

2. dan vindt een selectiegesprek plaats waarin we diepgaander bekijken of deze paardencoaching opleiding iets voor jou is

3. je volgt minimum 2 dagen workshop bij Kivik, om een beeld te krijgen over hoe we werken, en ter voorbereiding, op persoonlijk vlak van je opleiding. De investering daarvoor is gelijk aan de prijs van de betreffende worskhop.

The selection procedure is as follows:
